Hillstar Logistics is a licensed motor carrier based in Liberty Hill, Texas, operating as ATX Overstock Logistics and Delivery LLC. This page explains what we do with the information you give us through this website.

What we collect. If you fill in a quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the vehicle details you enter, the pickup and delivery locations, and anything you write in the message box. If you call or text us, we have your phone number. That is all.

Why we collect it. To quote your job, arrange the pickup and the delivery, and stay in touch with you about it. Nothing else.

Who sees it. The owner of the business. Form submissions arrive by email at [email protected] and are stored on this website. Our website host and our email provider can technically access it as part of running those services.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with brokers, lead resellers or marketing companies.

Cookies and analytics. This website uses cookies for basic functionality. It also uses two tracking tools. Google Analytics records how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly how they found us. The Meta Pixel, which belongs to the company behind Facebook and Instagram, records the same kind of thing and lets us show ads on those platforms to people who have already visited this site. Both set cookies in your browser. Neither is sent your name, phone number or email address by us. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

How long we keep it. Quote requests are kept for as long as they are useful for the job and for our records. If you want yours deleted, ask.
