The clock is the whole problem
Copart and IAA give you about three business days before storage charges start, and in Texas that runs $40 to $85 a day, including weekends. A car left sitting over a long weekend can quietly cost more than the transport.
Call as soon as you have won the lot, not on day three. Tell us the yard and the lot number and you get a date back, in writing, the same day.

Auction cars do not start, and that is the point
Most auction lots have been sitting. Flat battery, seized brakes, no keys, front-end damage, or nothing at all where the engine used to be. Most carriers need the car to drive up onto the deck, and a nine-car carrier will not come out for one dead lot at any price.
Ours does not need it to run. Mega ramps and a winch mean a car that will not crank, will not steer, and has not moved in years loads the same as one you drive on. It sits flat on a 30ft deck and gets strapped by the wheels. Nothing drags, nothing touches the bodywork.
We handle the gate
Gate pass, lot number, buyer paperwork, release. You do not need to be there. Send us the lot details and we deal with the yard, which is normally the part that eats an afternoon.
What you get
- Your car is the only car on the deck. Nothing loaded above it, nothing leaking onto it, and no waiting three weeks while seven other cars are dropped off first.
- Time-stamped photographs at pickup and at delivery. Auction cars arrive damaged by definition, so the condition record at the gate is what settles any argument later.
- Licensed and insured motor carrier. USDOT 4545179, MC-1804329. Certificate of insurance on request.
- You talk to the driver. Not a call centre, and not a broker who sells your job to whoever bids lowest. The person quoting you is the person who shows up.
What it costs
Local jobs inside 25 miles of Liberty Hill start at $350. Anything else is priced on the whole trip, because we drive out to the yard empty and come home with your car. You get one exact number in writing before anything is booked, and it does not move afterwards.
